This is a fantastic role for any self-assured candidate after a flexible role in a super-cool agency based in Shoreditch. This agency works with a number of huge global clients such as Versace, Adidas and Chanel producing beautiful film and still fashion advertising. They also have offices in Los Angeles!

What you will do:
-Be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office. This includes everything from ordering stationary and answering phone calls to organising events with major suppliers.
-Be the point of contact for the office, dealing with all queries, greeting and liaising with clients
-Manage the company’s website and all social media pages
-Be involved in the production process by overseeing the organisation of shoot material and attending meetings with the senior team.
-Assist the HR team by keeping personnel records up to date and assisting with new starter and freelance inductions

-Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Friendly, personable and bubbly
-Proficient in Mac systems, Microsoft Office, Abode, Keynote and social media platforms
-Admin/ front of house experience would be a bonus but not essential
