Description
Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.
Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
