Job RoleAs a Copy Supervisor at Amura Marketing Technologies, you will play a key role in developing compelling communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will lead a cluster of copywriters while collaborating closely with Design, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams. This role is ideal for experienced Senior Copywriters looking to take the next step in leadership while delivering high-impact digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and interpret client briefs to develop effective communication strategies.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients with confidence.
- Create compelling copy across digital platforms including ad campaigns, websites, landing pages, blogs, emailers, social media, WhatsApp communication, video scripts, and marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure integrated and impactful campaign execution.
- Supervise and mentor a cluster of copywriters, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and content quality across all deliverables.
- Review and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.
- Work across clients from industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, BFSI, Education, Manufacturing, Retail, SaaS, and Consumer Brands.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend content improvements based on insights.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Client Servicing teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio of digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and content strategy.
- Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and writing skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior copywriters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
