Job Description
We are looking for a Controller for our location in Belgrade to start as soon as possible.
Main Duties
- Operational controlling of departments of Business Services.
- KPI Definition & Tracking
- Variance Analysis
- Creation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports for various stakeholders on Operational business and Projects.
- Business Planning & Forecasting - Creation of forecasts and budgets in close cooperation with Functional Managers. For Operational business as well as for Projects.
- Monthly financial result reviews with Managers.
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and presentations for management and functional departments.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Support in pricing of services.
- Projects to improve operational financial processes and ongoing reporting.
- Business Partner for department leads
Education
- Completed commercial or economic education (university, university of applied sciences) with a specialization in finance/controlling and/or relevant work experience.
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills
- 100% team player.
- Hands on mentality.
- Pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking.
- Structured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/US-GAAP) is of advantage.
- Very good MS Office knowledge; SAP (FI / CO) knowledge beneficial.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.

Skills Required
- Completed commercial or economic university or applied sciences education specializing in finance or controlling, or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Structured, independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Very good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Knowledge of international accounting standards including IFRS or US-GAAP
