As a Contents Manager at Servpro of North Atlanta, you will be responsible for managing the restoration and inventory of contents damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. You will oversee the contents restoration process, ensuring that items are properly documented, cleaned, restored, and returned to clients in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of damaged contents, including photographs, descriptions, and condition assessments.
Contents Assessment: Evaluate the extent of damage to contents and determine the feasibility of restoration.
Restoration Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the restoration of damaged contents, including coordinating with restoration technicians and subcontractors.
Cleaning and Restoration: Oversee the cleaning and restoration of contents using industry best practices and equipment.
Quality Control: Ensure that restored contents meet quality standards and client expectations.
