The Role

We are looking for a Creative Producer who will work directly with clients to help bring their vision to life. As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for content development and overseeing all creative elements of the project.

You should be able to work autonomously, handle end-to-end creative processes, and proactively engage managers and stakeholders when needed. This is a fast-paced environment where you must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking calls with the client to understand their goals and help them develop video content aligned with those goals
• Writing original scripts and concepts for clients
• Translating those concepts into visual treatments
• Making suggestions as it relates to all creative elements of the production
• Understanding the client's vision and translating that to the production team
• Develop the client relationship and build trust and respect through transparency and communication
• Answer questions about pre-production, scripts, storyboards, and production status
• Ensure a streamlined process for our partners and clients

About You

• 5+ years working in media and production industry
• Extensive background and passion for content creation
• Commitment to quality work product and organizational integrity
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving industry
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills with a background in managing well-designed and highly polished deliverables
• Flexibility with prioritization and goals as roles and responsibilities may shift according to the needs of the business
• Fun, positive, motivated self-starter with a creative spirit
• Experience using InDesign
• Project Management Software experience (Monday.com) preferred.
