About the Role
The Content Analyst plays a critical role in managing and improving legal content workflows, ensuring metadata and structured content quality, supporting AI-readiness initiatives, and driving continuous operational improvements across editorial and production processes. The role collaborates across editorial, product, technology, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure legal content is accurate, timely, scalable, and aligned with evolving customer and platform needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure legal content is publication-ready, AI-ready, and compliant with structured content standards.
- Validate metadata, taxonomy tagging, XML/HTML structures, and content integrity across platforms.
- Support semantic enrichment and content optimization initiatives for AI/GenAI products.
- Ensure quality, currency, discoverability, and usability of assigned legal content collections.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Product, and Technology teams on AI content readiness initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end collection and conversion activities across Asia jurisdictions and products.
- Adhere to publishing schedules and operational SLAs across all delivery formats.
- Coordinate workflow enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Identify operational risks and resolve delivery or workflow issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, workflow tracking, and reporting.
- Support post-production and archival governance activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline editorial and content workflows using automation, AI-assisted tools, and operational best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and content quality.
- Contribute to workflow modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain metrics benchmarking for quality, currency and timeliness.
- Support testing and evaluation of new tools, workflows, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Editorial, Product, Technology, Data Operations, and regional teams.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and operational compliance.
- Coordinate issue resolution across teams and vendors.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Support ongoing product enhancements, content development initiatives, and regional content expansion projects.
- Participate in benchmarking, competitor analysis, and annual product reviews.
- Provide operational input into customer-centric product and content improvements.
- Contribute insights on content usability, operational scalability, and market needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and prioritization in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Escalate issues appropriately and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate actively to achieve team objectives and operational excellence goals.
Qualifications:
- LLB or equivalent qualification preferred
- Certification or experience in Project Management, Agile, or Operational Excellence is advantageous.
- Experience in legal publishing, editorial operations, legal content management, or digital content operations preferred.
- Experience working with structured content environments (XML/HTML/metadata workflows).
- Experience supporting digital publishing or AI-enabled content initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience managing projects, workflows, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Understanding of legal content workflows, editorial operations, and digital publishing processes.
- Working knowledge of XML, HTML, metadata, taxonomy, and structured content principles.
- Awareness of AI/ML, GenAI, content enrichment, and AI-ready data principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems and publishing technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
