Working within a project team under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal, you will drive engagements spanning market and opportunity assessments, portfolio and indication prioritizations, commercial due diligences, and corporate and growth strategy projects. Your core contribution will involve leading secondary and primary research activities, developing analytical frameworks, and translating complex evidence into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead secondary research activities and manage primary interview campaigns end-to-end, including profile screening, discussion guide development, and interview monitoring.
  • Lead the structuring and development of quantitative models, including assumption setting, scenario analysis, and model validation.
  • Synthesize findings across multiple analyses into structured insights and develop coherent sections of client deliverables, ensuring outputs align with the overarching project narrative.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of workstream outputs, including reviewing and proofreading contributions from junior team members.
  • Present project findings in client meetings with limited senior support, respond to client feedback, and ensure its integration into deliverables.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree with an excellent academic record in Business, Economics, Finance, or Life Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering).
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in Management/Strategy consulting; background in life sciences strategy or healthcare is also considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver project workstreams with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with experience in both quantitative modelling and qualitative research synthesis.
  • Proven ability to develop high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written outputs, with strong attention to graphical and content consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present confidently and navigate client-facing interactions. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within multicultural, cross-functional teams; experience coordinating or mentoring junior colleagues is considered a plus.

We are looking for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of science, healthcare, and business. Successful candidates combine rigorous analytical thinking with intellectual curiosity, are comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment and are motivated by translating complex evidence into clear strategic insights.
