Requirements
Job Overview:
Title: Consultant - Data Governance
Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Pune
Roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data governance policies and frameworks.
- Define and track data governance KPIs, integrate dashboards, and provide report overviews for leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) concepts, data profiling, and issue resolution.
- Monitor, measure, and report on data quality metrics across systems.
- Maintain data lineage, metadata, and master data management practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Partner with business and IT teams to drive data stewardship and governance best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Management, or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management.
- Familiarity with governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and general database concepts preferred.
