Conformity Admin - El Segundo, CA
This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of our El Segundo, CA HQ. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage records keeping and document package collation for all forms of documentation and reporting pertaining to aircraft conformity (quality records).
• Maintain the conformity inspection schedule for parts, kits, documentation, and test articles. 
• Assist with coordinating operations of Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DARs) and Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) to complete inspections and paperwork.
• Support our VP of Certification with regards to responding to data requests made by the FAA.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners within the organization such as Supply Chain, Program Management, Manufacturing, and more. 
• Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 + years of experience working with supplier/quality documentation or schedule management
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience in Aerospace Quality Management, or other related field
• Project or office management experience

The base salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 USD a year. Your base salary will be determined on experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
