  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and the Board, and of regulatory returns and submissions to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and other authorities.
  • Support the maintenance and update of compliance policies, procedures and the business risk assessment, including internal controls relevant to SOC 1 requirements.
  • Keep track of regulatory developments, summarise their impact on the business and help implement any required changes.

  • Perform any other cognate duties.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field; a professional certification in compliance, AML or risk management (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, or a related field, preferably within a management company, fund administration, or other financial services environment.
