Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement the Foundation's communication and public relations strategy.
*Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, speeches, and promotional materials.
*Manage the Foundation's website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content.
*Document Foundation programmes, projects, and events through articles, photography, videos, and success stories.
*Coordinate media coverage for Events,Summit, community outreaches, and other Foundation activities.
*Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, development partners, and communication stakeholders.
*Prepare communication materials for fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and partnership initiatives.
*Support branding and ensure consistency in the Foundation's visual identity and messaging.
*Produce newsletters, publications, and periodic impact reports highlighting programme achievements.
*Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on the Foundation's public visibility and reputation.
*Coordinate public education and awareness campaigns on community development, health, education, agriculture, and youth empowerment.
*Develop communication plans for major projects and events.
*Assist in organizing press conferences, stakeholder engagements, and public events.
*Manage the Foundation's digital archives, including photographs, videos, publications, and media resources.
*Respond to public enquiries and support internal communication among staff and volunteers.
*Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase audience reach and impact.
*Ensure all communication materials align with the Foundation's values, objectives, and donor communication requirements.
*Perform any other communication-related duties assigned by the Executive Director.
