Responsibilities:
- Support data reporting, analysis, and dashboard preparation for communication activities.
- Assist with email campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain and manage contact databases and mailing lists.
- Support operational communication activities and internal coordination tasks.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in both analytics and operational/communication-related work is preferred
