Jim Shorkey Commercial Sales is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and delivering results. What You’ll Do- Build and manage long-term relationships with commercial clients in your assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead development
- Consult with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend the right commercial vehicle solutions
- Clearly communicate vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions
- Deliver a professional, high-touch customer experience from first interaction through vehicle delivery
- Negotiate and close sales aligned with monthly and quarterly performance goals
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and documentation
- Stay current on commercial vehicle offerings across Ford, CDJR, Chevy, and other brands
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- High level of confidence, motivation, and personal accountability
- Natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow a long-term career in sales
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Prior sales, customer-facing, or internship experience is a plus (automotive experience not required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
