Job Description:-
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of strong business analyst experience that includes 3 to 5 years of experience in IBM Cognos ICM
- Hands on expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies is must
- Should have complete understanding of IBM Cognos ICM Tool business functionality
- Domain knowledge on payments and Compensation Processing is must
- Product management expertise is plus in IBM ICM Sales Performance, Payment and Compensation processing, BI and Analytics, Product Strategy and Delivery, B2B and Customer Relationship
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
