Your Role
Build scalability and resilience for high-stakes AI reasoning
We are looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to take the backbone of our agentic AI platform to its next evolution. You won't just be managing servers; you will architect the distributed environment where complex multi-agent systems perform real-time reasoning for the physical world. Your mission is to ensure our infrastructure is as modular and scalable as the knowledge automation use cases we power.
What You’ll Do
- Orchestration: Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters to support high-compute AI workloads
- IaC: Use Terraform to manage multi-region AWS environments, ensuring our global footprint (EU, US, LATAM, Japan) is consistent and secure
- CI/CD Excellence: Build and optimize GitLab pipelines to automate the deployment of containerized microservices via Helm and Docker
- Resilience: Implement robust monitoring and auto-scaling strategies to handle the "bursty" nature of knowledge-intensive AI processing
- Security: Ensure enterprise-grade security protocols for siloed AEC data, maintaining strict compliance across different geographic regions
Who You Are
- 4+ years in DevOps or SRE roles with a focus on Kubernetes (k8s) and AWS
- Tooling Expert: Mastery of Helm, Docker, and Terraform is non-negotiable
- Pipeline Architect: Proven experience building complex, automated workflows in GitLab
- The "Why" Thinker: You don't just fix bugs; you build systems that prevent them, focusing on the long-term reliability of our "Service-as-a-Software" model

Skills Required
- 4+ years in DevOps or SRE roles with a focus on Kubernetes (k8s) and AWS
- Mastery of Helm, Docker, and Terraform
- Proven experience building complex, automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Experience architecting and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes clusters for high-compute AI workloads
