Job Description- Operating an Enterprise scale setup (managing landing zones) is the primary task.
- Candidates will be part of a team taking over and running daily operations/landing zones in an MS Enterprise Scale setup. Experience in operating cloud infrastructure, including management and optimization is necessary.
- Primarily allocated to one customer but with other tasks for other customers expected over time.
- Daily operations, maintenance is in focus: Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting cloud services to ensure high availability.
- Tickets from customers and incident handling.
- Automating and optimizing cloud operations using tools like Azure DevOps to ensure efficient and scalable services.
- Customer contact and support will be frequent: Collaboration with customer teams based in Warsaw will be expected.
- Maintain documentation of the cloud environment, processes, and procedures.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of cloud services.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, security, compliance, and application teams to ensure reliable and compliant managed services.
- Everything is built or will be built as Infrastructure as Code and automized as much as possible.
- 5+ years of experience as Cloud Engineer.
- MS Azure experience with knowledge of Enterprise Scale and Cloud Adoption Framework.
- IaC.
- Bicep.
- Azure DevOps.
- English nim B2.
- Specific sector knowledge within finance, pensions, energy, or banking is a definite advantage.
- Work model: Hybrid from Warsaw (come to the Warsaw office once or twice a week is preferable (not a demand, but a preference).
