What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day delivery on an active client engagement — capturing meeting notes, tracking action items, risks, and dependencies, and preparing status updates.
- Help run the team’s agile rhythm: prepare for and take part in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, keeping the board accurate and progress clearly communicated to technical and client stakeholders.
- Assist with requirements gathering — drafting user stories and acceptance criteria and confirming them with the team.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, resourcing views, and executive-ready client updates.
- Dedicate time to research emerging technologies and best practices relevant to your project, applying your academic knowledge in a professional setting.
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related business or applied-consulting field
- Foundational understanding of agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and the role of a business analyst or project coordinator on a technology team.
- Comfort with collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong passion for technology consulting and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the enthusiasm to ask questions and learn rapidly.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 8-week summer program (6/7-7/30) in a hybrid model based out of one of our hub locations (Nashville or Richmond).

The good-faith base hourly rate for this role is listed below, reflecting the amount UDig is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
