Responsibilities
  • Learn and execute a structured client development process designed to build meaningful relationships
  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication
  • Lead thoughtful conversations to understand client needs and financial goals
  • Educate prospects on our services and how we help clients make informed financial decisions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship-building over time
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to move opportunities forward
  • Accurately track activity and progress within CRM systems
  • Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and performance metrics

No prior sales experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings (Base + Performance Bonus): $90,000–$140,000/year
  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • Performance bonus with targets of 75–125% of annual salary
  • 401(k) plan with opportunities to earn up to 7% the first year and 10% with tenure
  • Opportunities for the best and brightest to buy in and become owners over time
  • 11 paid holidays and 15 PTO days
  • Employer covers 80% of Health, Dental, and Vision insurance premiums for individuals and families.
