The Team

The Business Banking team is mission-driven, focusing on revolutionizing financial access for underserved Small and Micro enterprises (MSMEs) through innovative GXS business banking products, including the GXS Business Account and crucial lending solutions. This team drives rapid growth in digital SME financing, bolstered by the strategic GXS Capital acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation

  • Provide needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients

  • Administer the onboarding and loan disbursement from new SME clients every month

  • Ensure all sales processes are properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle – from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement

Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry will be an added advantage.

  • Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept

  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all

  • backgrounds and personalities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales

  • activities and tasks simultaneously

Skills Required

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry
  • Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept
  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and positive personality with customer engagement ability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
