transformation and increased commercial focus, Integrum is now entering the
next phase of growth.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer
who can build the commercial platform that takes Integrum from an
innovation-driven MedTech company to a scalable international growth business.
This is not a traditional VP Sales role.
This is a transformation role.
The opportunity
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will have
global responsibility for Integrum's commercial organization and growth agenda.
You will lead the continued expansion in the
United States, Europe and selected international markets while building a
scalable commercial operating model for future growth.
You will work closely with the CEO and
Executive Leadership Team to align strategy, execution and organizational
capabilities.
Key responsibilities

scalable commercial processes and KPI structures.
· Develop
Centers of Excellence and strategic clinical partnerships.
· Integrate
sales, marketing, patient acquisition and customer experience.

future commercial leaders and key talent.

commercial excellence through data-driven decision making.
· Build
a culture focused on accountability, execution and speed.
Who you are
You are a commercially driven leader with
experience from scaling international businesses and building high-performing
teams.
You combine strategic thinking with operational
execution and thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments where
leadership means building together with the organization rather than managing
from a distance.
Experience from MedTech or Life Sciences is
highly relevant, but we are equally interested in leaders from adjacent
industries with strong experience in:

Experience from the US market is considered
highly valuable.

Location
The preferred location is Gothenburg, Sweden,
with regular presence at Integrum's headquarters. For exceptional candidates,

Skills Required
- Proven experience scaling international businesses
- Proven track record driving international commercial growth (preferably US market experience)
- Experience building and developing high-performing commercial teams
- Experience leading commercial transformation and creating scalable commercial processes
- Experience integrating sales, marketing, patient acquisition and customer experience
- Data-driven decision making and establishing KPI structures
- Experience developing Centers of Excellence and strategic clinical partnerships
- Experience from MedTech or Life Sciences (or adjacent industries with relevant commercial experience)
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments
- Willingness to be regularly present at Integrum's Gothenburg headquarters (preferred location)
