The best of medicine should belong to everyone. Nobody dreams of becoming good at being a patient. We have people to love, things we want to do, and plans we hope to keep. Illness already asks enough of us.
xCures® exists to give healthcare the capacity to care for everyone. Healthcare has more to give. Too much of its time, money, and talent goes into unnecessary work that keeps people waiting and drives up the cost of care. Freeing those resources can make excellent care possible for far more people.
xCures understands a patient’s history across the places they receive care and keeps that understanding current. It puts trusted information in the hands of the people who need it, when they need it, and uses that knowledge to take on more of the administrative work around care. Every extracted data point traces back to the exact document and page it came from.
Our ambition is to empower doctors to make better decisions, enable researchers to develop better treatments faster, and help healthcare organizations serve more people with fewer errors and lower costs. We work with diagnostic labs, providers, telehealth companies, health systems, payers, and consumer health platforms. We are a fully remote, venture-backed team that holds itself to the same standard as our product: trustworthy, precise, and purposeful.
We are building for the lives people want to live.
- Like being the second voice on someone else's call, and know how to earn that seat
- Get satisfaction from a partner rep who finally leads with your capability unprompted
- Are energized by field work, ride-alongs, regional sales meetings, and airport mornings
- Believe adoption is won account by account, not announced in a press release
- Enjoy translating clinical data workflows into language a health system buyer acts on
- Work well when your quota depends on people who do not report to you
We are looking for a Channel Territory Manager to work alongside the field teams of our channel partners: telehealth and care coordination platforms that sell into health systems.
Our partners embed Clinical Clarity inside their own products and stay the face of the customer relationship. Their commercial teams carry a long list of competing priorities. Your job is to make our capability the one their reps reach for first, in the accounts where it matters most.
You will spend your time in the field. You will travel with partner regional and local commercial teams, join their health system calls, and help them win the deal in front of them. Every joint win expands how broadly the partner deploys us across their customer footprint.
This role reports to the Vice President of Sales. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a named territory of channel partner field teams, and build a territory plan by partner region
- Travel with partner account executives and customer success managers into health system accounts
- Join partner customer calls as the clinical data subject expert, and help close the deal in front of you
- Grow share of mind with partner reps through a consistent cadence of ride-alongs, office hours, and regional check-ins
- Represent xCures at partner regional and national sales meetings, kickoffs, and enablement sessions
- Train and certify partner reps on positioning, discovery questions, demo flow, and objection handling
- Expand deployment breadth from a single department or service line to the wider health system footprint
- Track attach rate and enabled-account coverage by partner region, and report on both monthly
- Build joint account plans with partner leadership, and keep partner-sourced pipeline current in HubSpot
- Coordinate with Interoperability on network registration for a partner's downstream provider organizations
- Partner with Customer Success on go-live, first-value milestones, and usage growth after the sale
- Bring the field back to the building: report what health system buyers ask for to Product and Product Marketing
- Escalate partner blockers early, and name the specific account, workflow, and date at risk
- At least 5 years in field sales, channel sales, or partner-facing commercial roles
- At least 3 years selling healthcare IT, digital health, or clinical software into health systems
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Demonstrated experience selling with or through a partner field team you did not manage
- Track record of quota attainment in a territory you owned
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder health system deals across clinical, IT, and revenue cycle
- Experience working in a remote, distributed commercial organization
- Strong discovery and whiteboarding skills in front of a customer you have just met
- Ability to earn credibility fast with partner reps who did not ask for your help
- Clear written and verbal communication, including account plans and territory reporting
- Comfort with CRM discipline in HubSpot, including accurate forecasting and activity logging
- Sound judgment on where to spend the week when three regions all want you
- Willingness to travel 50% to 60% of the time within your territory
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with TEFCA, Carequality, QHIN, or HIE data pathways
- Experience at or selling to telehealth, care coordination, or virtual care platforms
- Background in oncology, care management, or revenue cycle workflows
- Experience building partner enablement content, certification programs, or field playbooks

What We Do
The xCures technology platform uses artificial intelligence (A.I.) and predictive modeling to identify and rank the most promising treatment options for advanced cancer patients who are not responding to standard of care therapies. Patients pay with their data. They sign a HIPAA release giving xCures the right to request their medical records. The platform then provides these patients a personalized list of top treatment options and information about how to access them. The xCures platform captures Real World Evidence (RWE) from patients being treated in clinical trials, compassionate use and managed access programs, virtual and decentralized studies, investigator-initiated studies, and even N-of-1 clinical studies. The RWE is used to accelerate the development of new drugs, expand the approved uses of existing drugs, and demonstrate value for reimbursement. The platform accepts records from any US-based institution, in any form, and compiles the data into a pan-cancer registry under an IRB-approved master protocol suitable for FDA submissions and medical publications. xCures makes it possible to learn from the experiences of all patients who give us their data in return for treatment options, and optimize options selection for future patients.
