Job Overview:

As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team on the best lead generation practices through canvassing. We are in search of a high-energy and results driven leader to take our Field Marketing team to the next level in our rapidly expanding organization. The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for the hiring and training of new canvassers and guiding the team to consistent success and growth within the company.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and motivating a canvassing team
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Naturally competitive and goal oriented
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • An unencumbered driver’s license and reliable transportation

What We Offer:

Average earnings: $100,000-$150,000+ a year
