About you

In this role, your main objective is to learn and share. Your every morning question should be: How can I make the most of this experience for myself as much as for the Camp.us community?

 

During this Internship you'll be expected to maximize your abilities and to show you have the capacity to become an effective team player — absorb every bit of knowledge that comes your way, perform the responsibilities assigned to you and eventually be able to provide new solutions and fresh ideas.

 

This program is designed for students with an interest in developing themselves within a creative environment. Open for college students in early semesters, as long as your schedule permits half-time employment from Monday to Friday. Your experience starts off during a 6 months period within our Camp.us Hosting Team, where you’ll be given the opportunity to learn more about our ecosystem (our members, clients and guests) and to engage our community. You’ll come to understand the way we work and the way we see the world, while you play as a key member of our team, making sure our home feels like home

 

Once you're close to graduation (last 2 semesters), you may have the option to shift into another Brands&People department — whether it be design, community management, copywriting, film making, production, brand execution or even finance — as long as your schedule allows you to fulfill the required working hours according to our available projects at the moment.

Currently studying and eager to develop within the Camp.us Hosting Team.

Fluent in english and understanding of creative communities.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Obsessive with order and cleanliness.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Excellent organization skills.

Perks & Compensation

 

Working hour: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM 

Winter Break: last week of the year.

Spring Break: Thursday and Friday on holy week.

Early Friday: shift ends 2 hours early last Friday of every month, yay!

4 hours per month to use on personal matters.

5 sick days per year.
