Job Description
We are establishing a pool of qualified candidates to fill level 1,2 and 3 Business Transformation Consultants to be filled on as needed basis.
QualificationsThe candidate must have 5 plus years experience in the following areas:
- Analysis and development of business success “critical success factors”;
- Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development,
process mapping and training;
- Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in
support of transformation and change management activities;
- Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities.
- Participating in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
- Coordinating the development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; and
- Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and
discussions.
Additional InformationThe candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of relevant experience
