Summary:

Under the general guidance of the area IT Manager, this position will provide functional and business process expertise in the development and support of software applications, databases, networks, client systems and server systems used by businesses. This position will be a member of various teams within the NAM IT organization (BO Application, FO Applications, BI, Infrastructure, Administration, Production Control, Country Operations, Security and/or Geographic). This position is typically the second level of business systems analyst, with proven knowledge of business organization, processes and procedures in operations.
