Summary of PositionThe Business Systems Administrator helps RightNow Media build, maintain, and improve the business systems that run daily operations — with Salesforce at the center, alongside the connected tools that support billing, scheduling, and related workflows.
This role focuses on hands-on configuration, automation, integration upkeep, and documentation. Partnering with the business analyst and the Director, the Administrator helps define, build, document, and maintain solutions, and keeps the platform healthy, reliable, and well-documented.
This is more than a ticket-closing role. The Business Systems Administrator helps ensure the organization's core systems are dependable, sustainable, and continually improving.
