IPG Photonics is seeking a Business Analyst to support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing and its integrations with ERP and MES systems. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that improve sales, marketing, customer engagement, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process review sessions.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing including lead, opportunity, account, contact, and quoting processes.
- Support integrations between CRM, ERP, MES, and related business systems.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
- Support data migration, validation, deployment readiness, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and change management resources.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of Business Analyst experience supporting CRM, Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing business functions.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Marketing experience.
- Experience supporting CPQ processes or CPQ tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Campaign Management, and Sales Pipeline Management.
- Experience with system integrations and data flows.
- Working knowledge of ERP and MES environments.
- Experience in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating across multiple regions and international teams.
- Experience supporting global CRM implementations or rollouts.
- Knowledge of Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
