Job Description:-
Advanced degree in Informational Sciences, Business Intelligence/Analytics or related field
10+ year in Business Intelligence operations
Experience with self-service analytics strategy, implementation and best practices
5+ years in Tableau Product Suite (desktop, server) and data experience in dashboard design, creation and maintenance `
Analytical skills
• Advanced experience with end to end BI reporting solutions
• Experience with building data architecture
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Tableau solutions
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficiency with Lavastorm or similar analytics engine software preferred
• Solid business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
Role & responsibilities
• Lead data visualization analyst team through delivery of dashboards
• Thought partner on reporting and analytics vision
• Share reporting, analytics and data visualization best practices
• Identify best solution for designing and deploying the BPM reporting and analytics portal and lead implementation of the portal
• Review and provide recommendations to optimize BPM reporting infrastructure to support scaling and real time reporting
• Recommend and implement approach/tool for effective storytelling and insight socialization
