- Ability to travel frequently (aligned with the program’s demanding schedule)
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on‑site training on Coast Guard business intelligence systems
- Provide functional and technical user support across military and civilian audiences
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and instructional tools
- Tailor training content for specific user communities and mission needs
- Support the CG Business Intelligence Systems Support and Outreach Manager in planning and executing training schedules
- Manage multiple training events, logistics, and travel requirements
- Communicate clearly with personnel at all levels of the Coast Guard
- Adapt to new system features, tools, and policy changes
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Flexibility to support a dynamic and demanding travel schedule
- Familiarity with Coast Guard metrics and measurement systems
- Experience with current CG business intelligence systems
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, especially IBM Cognos and Qlik
- Military background or experience working in a military environment (preferred but not required)
