Job DescriptionOur top direct client is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer.
The client is a Fortune 50 multi-billion dollar revenue generating organization with a spectrum of products and services throughout major operating businesses
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hands on development using SSIS, SSRS and T-SQL.
- Responsible for developing and documenting the systems, processes and logic required to expose the existing data sets in the warehouse to end users for reporting and analysis purposes
- Optimize dtsx packages and rdl reports for performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and security of company data and data warehouse systems.
- Utilize Source Control, bundle dependencies to make a deliverable unit of code, Build and deploy via a Continuous Integration framework.
- Use a test driven design methodology.
- Participate in an AGILE process.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse and BI Reporting concepts
- Knowledge of Logical and Physical Database Design
- Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS
- Knowledge of SQL and T-SQL
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years SSIS Development experience
- 3-5 years SSRS Development experience
- 3-5 Experience with writing and debugging SQL Server stored procedures
- 3-5 Experience with Databases – OLTP and OLAP
