Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Expert with a strong business and market-oriented mindset, who will act as a key link between client needs, market insights and internal solution design.
This role goes beyond traditional business analysis.
The objective is to ensure that our solutions are aligned with market demands and client expectations, while contributing to business growth initiatives.
Your mission
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business and client needs into solutions
- Analyze the Middle East market, developing a deep understanding of industry trends within this target region.
- Understand client challenges within banking and fintech sector and provide insights to position CREALOGIX solutions competitively
- Ensure alignment across different teams and stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and consistency in delivering solutions.
- Model solutions and define user flows and processes
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, workshops, stakeholders) translating them into clear, functional solutions aligned with business needs
- Mantain quality and consistency in documentation and processes
- Support RFPs, bids and proposals in collaboration with the sales team
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and client-facing discussions when required.
- Work in Agile environments when required
- Apply AI in a strategic and responsible way, ensuring data accuracy, ethical use, and alignment with company and client standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and solutions through AI while staying up to date with relevant advancements
Requirements
+5 years of experience as:
- Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / similar role
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements (BRDs, workshops)
- Strong communication skills with international stakeholders
- Fluent in English (C1+)
- Analytical mindset + ability to translate business into solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Tech, Business)
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment to enhance analysis, decision-making, or efficiency, with a strong understanding of their strategic, ethical, and responsible use (including data, governance, and risk considerations)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in financial services / fintech
- Exposure to Middle East / KSA markets
- Experience in bids / presales / RFP processes
- Familiarity with UML or functional modelling
- Experience in agile delivery environments
