Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying students/customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Visit schools, companies and organisations to introduce and promote our programmes.
- Build relationships with schools, corporate organisations and potential partners.
- Handle enquiries and guide prospects toward the right programme.
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up consistently.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion and enrolment targets.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
