Location: Kochi
Job Description- Create, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries for customers out of United States and Europe
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
- Effectively partner and work across the teams
- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
- Schedule appointments and demos
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone, linkedin and email
- Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development skills
- Should love working with customers and have an excellent written and spoken english skills
- Should have a never say never attitude to drive goals that are ambitious
- Has the passion to grow into larger roles as the company scales over the next 5 years
- Skills in customer management including hospitality, sales development or any other industry is very transferable
