About the RoleWe're looking to grow our BDR team at Champify. You'll closely partner with the Champify GTM team (AEs, founders, marketing, solutions, CS) to generate pipeline within target accounts. This is a 100% outbound focused / hunter role.
We are looking for a fast learning, high motor, highly organized future VP-Sales, CRO, or CEO. You should strive to be a GTM nerd, consume lots of information on sales, marketing, and operations at high growth SaaS companies.
You’ll partner with our our account executives, exec team, marketing, and growth team to:
Generate new business meetings with target accounts
Assist AEs with account research, value hypotheses, and prospecting strategy
Work with AEs to prep for meetings, mine connections/referrals, and generate interest and momentum in our solution within top accounts
Partner with our CEO to grow our partner network and build relationships with key vendors in our customer and target accounts
Use a multi-channel outbound strategy (calls, emails, linkedin, video, events, connections) with a high-volume of calling (150+ / day)
Conduct calls with our end-users within accounts to better understand our target accounts
You will be partnered with a “Operations Specialist” who will help with your list building so you can focus on pipe gen all day and not grunt work
You will work on micro campaign ideas with our head of growth who is an expert with AI and new tooling
This is a unique opportunity to work with a founding team who deeply understands sales, our market, and the importance of making early reps successful.
Our BDR playbook is built (but always being iterated on) – our top BDR finished at 125% to goal and made more money than most SMB AEs.

Required
1-2+ years of work experience (or potentially a new grad with the right intangibles)
Experience making cold calls – you’ve made >10k dials in your life or have done door to door sales
A background of overachievement in academics, sports, music, military, entrepreneurship, or extracurricular activities
You are a “doer” with a high motor
You have been described as creative, able to “figure things out” and have no problem adjusting decks, using new technology, helping with marketing collateral, assisting with events, etc.
You are positive and embrace challenges - this job is hard
Strong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills required
High business IQ – comfortable with business value assessments and ROI documents – we will teach you everything you need to know
Knowledgeable and/or interested in go-to-market tech (sales and marketing), startups, and growth
You eventually want to start a company and know that learning how to sell and generate pipeline is a mission critical skill
You want to truly learn the ropes of B2B sales and are excited to become an elite account executive in the future
You have desires to become a VP-Sales or CRO
You are excited to work closely with our CEO and accelerate your learnings
You don’t want to be 1 of 100 at a big company and are excited to take on ownership of things outside your day to day
You have experience doing hard things – physically or mentally
