Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients and/or contracts across multi-family portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Aggressively prospect for new property management clients throughout southern California
  • Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers and developers.
  • Use CRM tools like Co-Star to manage pipeline, track activity, and drive conversions
  • You will be calling, networking, and building relationships with key players in the community in order to develop the overall property management business.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their property management needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates.
  • Assist with the onboarding and handoff of new clients to the operations team for a smooth transition.

Qualifications
  • Someone who knows the local rental landscape
  • Proven experience in sales, business development.
  • Fearless and proactive personality- you love cold calling, door knocking and networking.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and results- driven
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
