Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients and/or contracts across multi-family portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Aggressively prospect for new property management clients throughout southern California
- Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers and developers.
- Use CRM tools like Co-Star to manage pipeline, track activity, and drive conversions
- You will be calling, networking, and building relationships with key players in the community in order to develop the overall property management business.
- Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their property management needs and present tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates.
- Assist with the onboarding and handoff of new clients to the operations team for a smooth transition.

Qualifications
- Someone who knows the local rental landscape
- Proven experience in sales, business development.
- Fearless and proactive personality- you love cold calling, door knocking and networking.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and results- driven
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
