The Business Development Manager – Educational Supplies is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the Educational Supplies sales strategy to expand the company’s customer base and generate sustainable revenue growth. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, key account development, sales leadership, and effective coordination of internal resources to deliver high-quality educational supply solutions. Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of the Educational Supplies business and sales strategy. - Drive execution, monitoring, and reporting of sales performance within assigned regions. - Ensure alignment with management directives and communicate strategic goals to the team. - Manage and optimize Educational Supplies unit resources for effective utilization and operational efficiency. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Requirements - Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development.
