Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional first impression of the dealership experience. Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
- Assist customers with preliminary financing options based on their needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule or who missed appointments
- Maintain positive working relationships with teammates, sales staff, and dealership leadership
- Utilize the CRM system daily to document customer interactions and track leads
- Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
