What You'll Do
- Answer inbound sales calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Respond promptly to internet leads
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
- Follow up with customers through email and text messaging
- Provide information about vehicle inventory, products, and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer communication tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Pleasant and confident phone presence
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
