The Business Development Associate is responsible for bringing the best restaurant and store partners to Toters.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners to our platform
- Seek out the appropriate contact persons to engage with
- Generate leads and call prospective partners
- Meet with partners face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of our partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Train new members of your team on the process of work
- On-boarding to the Toters platform
- Managing existing accounts
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or delivery services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; training in sales or negotiation is a bonus but not required.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving business development objectives.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local market and trends is an advantage.
