Join Sertis and play a key role in turning client opportunities into successful engagements. You'll work closely with our consulting team across the full commercial cycle, from market and competitor insights to pricing, proposals, and coordination with clients and internal teams. It's a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in the business side of data and AI, with solutions spanning cloud migration, data platforms, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
In this role, you will get to:
- Prepare and manage commercial documents such as quotations, invoices, pricing sheets, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project manager, technical, accounting and finance) and clients to keep deals and projects on track.
- Support and manage client communication and relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client needs and requests are properly followed up.
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members, communicate with clients professionally, and capture key requirements, action items, and next steps.
- Follow up on action items after client meetings and turn consultants’ notes and client requests into clear, completed deliverables.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support business decisions.
- Support the development of product pricing strategies and pricing models.
- Maintain pipeline tracking and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for client meetings.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, consulting support, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company.
- Genuine interest in technology, data, and AI, with strong digital literacy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, and comfort using LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your daily work.
- Strong English communication skills, confident working with international colleagues and teams across the company.
- Quick learner who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional and collaborative: you build good relationships easily, take ownership of your work, stay calm under pressure, and are open to both giving and receiving feedback.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in management or technology consulting, presales, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience involving data, cloud, or AI projects
- Confidence working directly with C-level executives and working teams
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops, running discovery sessions, or applying design thinking with clients
- Solid qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills, including business case and financial modeling
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Native Thai language proficiency
- Experience with proposal writing, commercial negotiation, or basic project management
- Working understanding of data and AI technology trends
