Title: Business Analyst – Sr.
Location: Eagan, MN 55123
Duration: 7 Months (with High possibility of extension)
Description:
The operations analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, sales processes, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Sales Effectiveness Manager and the operations team to ensure integrity of the data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain portfolio client relationship management and middleware systems (Salesforce, SyncFrog) and interface with all areas of the firm.
- Ensure daily middleware and change management files are implemented on a timely and accurate basis.
- Perform daily and weekly electronic reconciliation of systems to change management requests.
- Create and verify client performance files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite especially Excel (vlookups, concatenate, pivot tables, data manipulation, etc.); Basic VB knowledge preferred
Preferred Knowledge:
- CRM: Salesforce.com, SyncFrog
- Reporting: Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint
- Financial: Budget analysis
- Process Improvement: Six Sigma
