Produces detailed electrical BIM drawings and models for US commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include conduit coordination, lighting and equipment placement, electrical family creation, point-cloud work, conceptual and working drawings, Revit project setup, Navisworks coordination, BIM 360 documentation, and Dynamo programming. The role also supports space planning, project handoff, and team collaboration, and requires working from the office.

Requirement:
- BE/B.Tech or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university.
- Prefer with 2 to 4 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐construction through hand off phase of commercial construction in US Projects for different types of buildings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks, Bluebeam.
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Skills Required
- BE/B.Tech degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and Management/Technology
- Two to four years of BIM detailing experience for US commercial construction projects, preferably from pre-construction through handoff
- Experience producing detailed electrical drawing sets following US standards
- Experience with conduit modeling and coordination, lighting fixtures, and device and equipment placement
- Knowledge of electrical family creation and point-cloud workflows
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Availability to work from the office
