Billing Administrator

SUMMARY:
Billing Administrators are to respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and payments for our customers and vendors. Billing Administrator makes sure that the client and business bills are handled with 100 percent customer/vendor satisfaction making the customer top priority.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Billing all new and used car deals and posting to the accounting system.
Receipting all transactions received for car deals.
Organize all paperwork in each deal checking for completeness ie; signatures, verify VINS, etc.
Process trade payoff checks and mail to appropriate lenders.
Generate and maintain sales commission reports.
Payables and receivables.
EXPERIENCED DESIRED:
Need to be familiar with formatting for invoices and regulations governing billing.
Excellent communication skills because you interact with customers to settle bills and resolve billing issues.
CDK and Automotive Exp required
EDUCATION
High school diploma/GED
SCHEDULE:
8-hour shift
2 days off/week

Skills Required
- Experience with CDK dealership management system
- Automotive industry experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with invoice formatting and billing regulations
- Excellent communication skills for customer billing resolution
