The role
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Corporate Transformation B2B Team in the role of Project Manager. In this role, you will own the delivery phase, ensuring seamless and data-informed project execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and control project deliveries, coordinating faculty and client agendas with the support of digital and AI tools.
- Execute programs designed by our Learning & Innovation Designers, ensuring high-quality and structured delivery.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Monitor progress against objectives, including project economics, using AI tools to synthesise feedback and performance data.
- Oversee all operational aspects of delivery — logistics, catering, platforms, and learning tools — optimising processes where possible.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
About you
Ideally, you are a Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the learning or corporate training environment.
On top of this, you are:
- You bring solid project management experience in Learning, Education, or Innovation contexts, with exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery.
- You are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with financial discipline.
- You use AI tools as part of your professional toolkit to improve efficiency, structure information, and support decision-making.
- You demonstrate genuine curiosity and solid understanding of AI and its application to businesses
- You demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both participants and senior stakeholders.
- You show resilience, organisation, and accountability in fast-paced environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
- You have a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation and are comfortable working in evolving, dynamic contexts.
- You have native-level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
- You are either based in Milan or can easily reach it.
