Job Description
We are seeking a B2B Assistant to join our Accounting team of 6 people, reporting directly to our Senior AP Manager.
What you will do:
Admin and accounting in relation to contracts with French and foreign partners, & Regular communication with the Partnership and the Controlling team
Accounting, cleaning, and lettering of B2C revenue
Helping with forecasting cash collection for 3 months
Helping with internal control and automation of processes
Chasing and collecting overdue balances
Issuing and distributing invoices for some customers
This is a 6-month internship with a start date from March onwards.
This role is excellent for a person with :
You are currently in a Master's degree program, ideally specialized in Finance/Accounting.
You are able to use Excel in a professional environment.
First experience using an IT/ERP tool is a plus.
You are motivated, rigorous, and curious to discover a Finance department.
You speak English; people at Deezer come from everywhere!
