The Role

This is an amazing opportunity to kick off your media career by joining our AV team in an entry level position.

The AV team is responsible for planning, booking, buying and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio (including Spotify and podcasts) and CTV (including Netflix) on behalf of our clients. Our client portfolio includes the likes of Dominos, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, Dreams, Matalan, Studio Canal, Starbucks and many more.

The AV team is made up of 6 teams, each usually made up of a Director, two Managers, a Senior Exec and/or an Exec. Each team is responsible for a different set of clients.

No experience is required as full training will be given but strong numeracy and communication skills are a must along with an interest in media and advertising

Expectations of an AV Executive (after training) include (but are not limited to):

• Plan, book and buy VOD, CTV, audio and cinema campaigns with support from senior team members.
• Assist with TV campaign buying and develop a strong understanding of the TV planning process.
• Take ownership of campaign administration, including booking, tagging, tracking and post-campaign reporting.
• Monitor campaign delivery daily and communicate performance updates to managers and clients where required.
• Escalate delivery issues and work proactively to ensure campaigns remain on track.
• Produce and distribute spot time and delivery reports to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and key partners.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately against brief, budget and KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when buying media and managing campaign performance.
