Anika Systems Incorporated is looking for a passionate and talented Automation Developer to join our expanding Federal team. We are a fast-growing woman-owned small business providing innovative IT solutions for federal government agencies. This work will be 100% remote.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience developing with RPA tools utilizing UiPath or Blue Prism (UiPath Preferred)
• Engineering experience using VBScript, .Net, Python or Java
• Knowledge of OOPS principles
• Understanding of UiPath RE Framework, Queues and Queue based Job triggering, triggering from email and being able to process records in email attachments
• Ability to collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
• Ability to develop and configure the robotics process per the functional specification
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
