Attorney Relationship Manager 

AICA Orthopedics | Metro Atlanta, GA | Hybrid 

Full-Time | $75,000–$110,000 Base + Performance Bonus | OTE Mid-$100s | Medical, Dental & Vision | 401(k) | PTO 

The role 

You will own AICA’s relationships with approximately 200 personal injury law firms across metro Atlanta — from solo practitioners to large multi-partner firms. This is a hybrid role: part of your week is in the field visiting offices, hosting lunches, and attending events; part is internal, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to ensure attorney partners and their clients get an exceptional experience. 

This is not a churn-and-burn sales role. The PI legal community is relationship-driven and reputation-sensitive. But make no mistake — this is a growth role. You are expected to acquire new firm relationships and deepen existing ones with equal discipline and intent. 

Territory is assigned based on where you live. Whether you are based in Gainesville, Macon, or Midtown, your portfolio is built around your geography — no unreasonable windshield time. We are actively hiring across the full metro Atlanta region as part of our continued growth, with multiple positions available from Macon to Gainesville. 

About AICA Orthopedics 

AICA Orthopedics is one of Georgia’s largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks — 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, and 400+ team members across metro Atlanta. We have served Atlanta’s personal injury community for 25 years and are the preferred medical provider for many of the region’s top PI law firms. This role is central to maintaining and growing those relationships. 

What you’ll do 

Two equally weighted growth levers: acquiring new law firm relationships and deepening engagement with existing partners. You are expected to drive both with discipline — managing a pipeline of prospective firms while ensuring current partners receive the experience that keeps AICA their preferred provider. 

  • Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 200 PI law firms — tracking engagement, identifying gaps, and systematically deepening each relationship 
  • Prospect and close new law firm relationships across your territory — identify firms not currently working with AICA and convert them 
  • Make regular field visits to law firm offices; host lunches, dinners, and educational events that create genuine value for attorney partners 
  • Design and deliver educational programs for legal professionals on medical care coordination, treatment timelines, and documentation — positioning AICA as the clinical authority in the room 
  • Represent AICA at bar association events, legal conferences, and PI community gatherings — building brand presence and sourcing new relationships 
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for attorney partners — resolve issues fast, coordinate care updates, and remove friction from the experience 
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM cadence in Salesforce — logging activity, tracking firm engagement depth, and managing your pipeline with rigor 
  • Report regularly to the VP of Business Development on territory activity, relationship health, and growth initiatives 

What we’re looking for 

  • 5+ years of business development, professional sales, or relationship management experience — legal, healthcare, or professional services preferred 
  • A proven closer — you have a track record of acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones, not just maintaining them 
  • Existing relationships within Atlanta’s PI legal community is a significant advantage 
  • Comfortable managing a large portfolio simultaneously — organized, disciplined, and proactive with your pipeline 
  • Strong presence in a room — you can hold your own with managing partners and senior attorneys 
  • Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or medical-legal industries a strong plus 
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency 

Compensation & benefits 

  • Base salary $75,000–$110,000 depending on experience 
  • Performance bonus tied to relationship growth and partner engagement metrics — target OTE in the mid-$100s for strong performers
