Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end
recruitment activities, Onboarding, exit formalities, joining & exit
analytics etc. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, hiring
managers, candidates, and internal support functions to ensure a smooth and
efficient employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and hiring
managers to understand manpower requirements and position specifications.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Develop clear and comprehensive Job Descriptions
(JDs) for various positions.
- Sourcing for candidates through job portals,
LinkedIn, company website and relevant channels.
- Conducting a Pre-employment Assessment of
shortlisted candidates.
- Manage Interview process form interview scheduling
till offer rollout on ATS
- Pre-joining formalities, including background
verification (BGV) and pre-employment health check-ups.
Onboarding
- Manage joining and onboarding formalities for new
employees.
- Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new
joiners.
- Prepare and issue appointment letters and other
relevant joining documentation.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to
ensure timely creation of email IDs, system access, and required login
credentials.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage employee personal
files and documentation.
- Ensure all employee records are complete,
accurate, and maintained as per HR processes.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding
MIS and provide periodic reports to management.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding
experience for new employees.
- Ensure closure and proper maintenance of employee
files and records.
Exit Formalities:
- Exit Clearance formalities of exiting employee
- Coordinate withdrawal/closure of system access,
email IDs, and other organisational credentials for exiting employees.
- Maintain accurate exit records and MIS.
- Collection and analysis of exit feedback

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or a similar field
- Experience or proficiency managing recruitment, joining, and exit formalities
